| INVITATION TO SUBMIT A TENDER
You are invited to submit a Tender for the execution and completion of the works described below in accordance with the Drawings and Specification (if any) supplied herewith, the Griffith University Conditions of Tender & Conditions of Contract for ‘Small Trade Works’ herein, and any other information issued by the Principal for the purposes of tendering.
Description of Works:
This project aims to provide remote monitored metering installation within an MSB and to replace existing tenancy meters with pattern approved remotely monitored meters. The scope of work for this project includes installation and commissioning of all necessary electrical equipment to enable remote commissioning by GU staff.

· The Contract is a Lump Sum Fixed Price not subject to adjustment for rise and fall in costs.
· Tenders shall remain valid for 15 business days.
· The tenders will not be opened publicly.
Please note:
The project will be awarded in two separate contracts; Northern campuses (Nathan, Mount Gravatt & South Bank), and Southern campuses (Logan & Gold Coast). Within the tender documents please find separate forms of tender and supplementary forms of tender for each contract. Please ensure both sets of documents are completed and returned with your submission.
Site Visitation:
Walk through Northern campuses - Tuesday 1 October 2019 at 1:30 pm meet at South Bank campus S01 Security office.
Walk through Southern campuses - Wednesday 2 October 2019 at 10:00 am Gold Coast campus Security office.
