Metro North Hospital and Health Service (Metro North) invites you to submit an offer for the provision of Principal Contractor (PC) services to reconfigure the existing decommissioned Redcliffe Hospital Level 2 Sterilizing Department and current Recovery area to the following:
Construct new Operating Theatre including Anaesthetic Induction and Scrubs rooms;
Refurbish existing 11 Bed recovery to include 13 Recovery bays;
Construct new Anaesthetics Department Offices;
Construct a new Plant Room on the Hospital Level 3 South podium; including
Construct a new Communications Room on the Hospital Level 3 North podium.
The project is adjacent to six (6) existing Operating Theatres and a Clean Corridor that will be used to transport patients from Theatre to a temporary Recovery room during construction.
