The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for DJAG624.1819 Provision of Court Recording & Transcription Software.

The Customer’s objective is to procure licensed court recording and transcription software, to be integrated into the DJAG Court Recording Platform.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

  • a Supplier who is experienced in the delivery of recording and transcription software in the context of a court and tribunal environment, with a proven track record for operating in this context;
  • professional services from the Supplier to provide advice so that the Customer may effectively integrate their software solution, and to provide ongoing solution design and expertise for their software;
  • ongoing support and maintenance agreement with the Supplier, to allow the Customer access to new versions of software, including bug fixes, patches and new functionality;
  • software that meets specific technical requirements.

The Customer is seeking value-adding solutions to enhance the efficiency of the recording platform, and the recording and transcription service overall.
