The project comprises full interior design for Building 27, including services upgrades, achieve compliance and accommodate maximum occupancy levels. Tender Documentation for demolition of existing interiors is included also wtthin the scope of the Principal Design Consultancy.
Modest exterior work to enhance the appearance of the building, including identifying entries to the building, further sun shading devices for thermal comfort Of warranted), and minimal landscaping form part of the scope for the Principal Design Consultant, but will be included as separable portions for construction tender purposes.
