CX Program - Request for Quote (RFQ) for CRM Requirements elicitation for Business School
The University of Queensland is seeking Proposals for the CX Program for CRM Requirements elicitation for Business School.
UQ is embarking on a journey to transform the customer experience through uplifting its UQ-wide technology and digital systems, platforms and capability. It involves procurement of products and services to deliver an integrated:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for all UQ ‘sales/relationship’ driven functions across student leads, partnerships and organisations (including opportunity management), and
- Marketing Automation (MA) solution to streamline marketing tasks and workflows to increase operational efficiency and revenue growth.
The University of Queensland (UQ) is looking for a professional services partner to work collaboratively with the UQ CX Program Team using Agile delivery methods to produce the following aretefacts:
- As-is business processes;
- Use and facilitate high-level requirements that are available and conduct detailed analysis flowing on from that to save extra time in re- capturing high level requirements;
- Documentation of current state analysis;
- Documentation of high-level business requirements;
- Documentation of detailed business requirements (Themes, Epics, User Stories and Tasks); and
- Documentation of functional requirements and system/non-functional requirements that adds up to tangible deliverables.
