Provision of a Queensland Civil and Admintrative Tribunal (QCAT) Business Transformation Program
The Department of Justice and Attorney General (DJAG) seeks the services of an experienced supplier to provide a process review of business areas within QCAT with the aim of reviewing and improving business processes across its divisions.To achieve its desired future state of business excellence QCAT requires a contractor to review and make recommendations to improve business processes across its divisions. The goal of this work is to:
• streamline business processes;
• make best use of QCAT human resources; and
• improve client experience through designing new business processes.
The Supplier is required to provide advice, recommendations, and assist with the implementation of improvements to business practices and processes.
While QCAT will aim to review all areas, the first two areas that will be targeted for business process review will be Client Services area, incorporating the Minor Civil Disputes Team, the administration team and the client services area.
