The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy who are looking for detailed submissions for the design, supply and installation of solar panels at their Safety in Mines Testing and Research Station (Simtars), located 2 Robert Smith Street, Redbank.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
- all associated infrastructure and professional services
- a suitable 99.99kw (as a maximum) system to the roof space of the Training, Testing and Certification Centre (TTCC) NMI QB06973230
- a possible second 20kw (as a minimum) system to the roof of the Mine Safety Technology Research Centre (MSTRC) NMI QB08650217
- ongoing regular servicing and preventative maintenance over a 24 month period
The successful tenderer will be responsible for all Energex applications and associated fees. They will also be responsible for the engagement of industry professionals to ensure roof spaces are sound and able to carry the load of infrastructure associated with the installation, ensuring the electrical infrastructure is suitable.
