Standing Offer Arrangement - For the provision of Natural Resource Sciences and Engineering
Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Environment and Science), under a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) in accordance with the specifications in this ITO, from appropriately qualified suppliers interested in providing Services for:
Category 4 – Surface water hydrology/hydraulics, coastal hydrodynamics, and water quality modelling
Category 7 – Catchment processes and modelling
Category 8 – Soil and land and resource assessment and analysis.
This SOA will service a number of Queensland Government agencies.
The purpose of this ITO is to:
minimise the time required to procure services.
receive value for money for Queensland Government Agencies and other contributing parties.
have appropriately qualified suppliers to choose from for each particular operation.
obtain Services for Natural Resource Sciences and Engineering – encompassing Data Acquisition, Diving Inspection, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Water Quality, Ecology, Environmental Science, Landscape Sciences, Air Quality, Social Science, Economics, Petroleum and Gas, Coastal, Water Services, Dam Safety, Audits, Workplace Health and Safety, Project Management, and Geological Science services.
add additional providers to provide services under this SOA under specific categories. Delivery of services under this SOA will cover projects across the State of Queensland.
The term of the SOA will be for a Term of 18 months ending 31 May 2021 with no extension option available, depending on the supplier’s performance and Department requirements.
