Construction of Toilet at Finch Hatton Gorge, Eungella National Park
The Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) is inviting offers for the supply of Toilet Facilities at Finch Hatton National Park.
The objectives of the Finch Hatton Toilet Construction project are as follows: 1) Demolition and removal of existing old toilet block 2) Construction of new toilet facility in accordance with the approved specifications and design provided to final approval stage.
Eungella National Park (Finch Hatton) is located 63km west from Mackay. The existing toilet facility and waste treatment system is at the end of its life expectancy. The existing toilet is under-capacity for this popular site and the project is to increase the capacity at the site with the construction of new facility and waste system.
SCOPE OF WORK • Decommission existing waste treatment system • Demolition and removal of existing old toilet block • Construct new toilet facility as per plan • Installation of wastewater treatment system for the new public toilet facilities
The Principal invites Offeror’s to attend a site visit at Eungella National Park (Finch Hatton) at 10:00am Tuesday 8 February 2011 to view construction site for project. Offeror’s are requested to provide written confirmation of their intention to attend a site visit to the Contact Officer or their nominated representative, within 3 Business Days of the site visit.
