Fire Safety Audits - Owner/Occupier Obligations Program
QBuild seeks to enter into a state-wide Standing Offer Arrangement involving one or more Local Consultants that can demonstrate value for money in the provision of fire safety audits.
Fire safety audits are to be conducted annually to ensure compliance with the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1990 and the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 on properties which are owned by the State of Queensland over the Arrangement Term, in accordance with the Invitation Documentation.
