Delivery of a Co-sourced Internal Audit Arrangement
Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) is seeking offers under QGCPO 878-2013 panel providers, for the provision of services to assist with the delivery of a co‑sourced Internal Audit function.
The service specifically include:
delivery of the Annual Internal Audit Plan, approved by CHQ’s Chief Executive and Health Board;
prepare high quality CHQ Audit and Risk Committee reports and supporting working papers;
follow up the status and implementation of recommendations raised by Internal Audit;
ad-hoc guidance/reviews, including attendance at committee meetings and review and feedback of associated documentation;
development of the Annual Internal Audit Plan (and update of the 3 year Internal Audit Plan); and
skills transfer, training and provision of information.
