USC is seeking to enter into arrangements with pop-up shop vendors to provide the foundation building’s occupants and visitors with goods and services.
USC objectives include:
Offer products and services that the university student may need
Can provide all the necessary equipment required to operate the outlet
Operate an existing business that provides similar services and is easily accessible for resources and stock
Will open during Semester at scheduled advertised times (minimum 4 hours per day)
This arrangement is a 1-year term to operate during semester only (26 weeks per year). Options for extension and more permanent tenancy arrangements are available to successful pop-up shop vendors.
