USC is seeking Requests for Tender (Re-tendered) for the construction of the USC Sippy Downs Campus Art Gallery Expansion.
The building is to be fully operational by 24 April 2020.
The proposed extension to the Art Gallery shall have a total GFA of approximately 260m2 and will increase the existing gallery facility including:
- 120m2 of additional exhibition space
- Flexible gathering and presentation room
- Additional storage
- Reconfigured back of house functionality
- Exhibition appropriate wall construction
