Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. DHPW-ISD-713/DET 88361 for the provision of a cloud contact centre solution.
This process is being run jointly between the Department of Housing and Public Works and the Department of Education and Training. Any reference to the “Customer” refers to each participating Department jointly and severally. Each department reserves the right to;
- Enter negotiations with a vendor/s of their own choosing; and/or
- Enter negotiations with the same vendor/s on consistent terms; and/or
- Establish a standing offer arrangement with one, or more than one vendor; and/or
- To withdraw from the process.

About the Department of Housing and Public Works
The Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) is a large and complex organisation providing a range of housing, building and procurement services. The department works to ensure that our most in need Queenslanders have access to housing and homelessness assistance. The department also plays a major role in the procurement and contract management of building, construction and maintenance services for the Queensland Government.
The Department of Housing and Public Works has two business units requiring a replacement contact centre solution. The Bond Loans Statewide Service Team in Bundaberg, and the Building and Asset Services Maintenance Response Centres located in 8 locations around the state.

The Department of Education and Training (DET) is a large and complex organisation providing services through the three broad service delivery areas of early childhood education and care (ECEC); school education; and training. There are approximately 1230 state schools delivering education to more than 530,000 students across Queensland. A network of regional offices across seven (7) regions and a central office support these schools.
