The objective is to make it easier for Queenslanders to interact with government by minimising manual and analogue processes and transforming relevant transactions to digital, to ensure all Queenslanders can interact with government in the way they prefer, easily. Requirements are broken up in to two delivery milestones:
Milestone 1 (2 to 3 Week Engagement) of the initiative will be to map out the selected transaction/s process end to end, and apply Human Centred Design principles to propose a solution, that will see the transaction digitised using the Qld Online (qld.gov.au) platform.
Milestone 2(Up to 10 Week Engagement) will go a step further and design, build, test and deliver the digitisation of the selected transaction, producing a production ready prototype for the selected agency to take forward and implement.
