EDQ requires the services of Civil Engineer for the Northshore Hamilton PDA.
The Supplier is to be a specialist in residential developments in particular dealing with issues related to significant infill development sites.
The Northshore Project requires senior level civil engineering personnel overseeing its delivery due to the complex site constraints and therefore requires an operational model that provides for constant and consistent oversight from Civil Engineering Directors. This will ensure timely resolution of complex issues as well as confident advice and decision making.
The full scope of these services will need to be assessed on an individual project basis but will generally comprise that as described below, being:
• Initial Briefing
• Planning Support/Engineering & Functional Layouts
• Design/Documentation including Operational Works Approval
• Audit Surveillance (Construction and Contract Administration)
• Certification and On Maintenance
