The Customer has issued this Request for Quote (RFQ) with the objective of engaging an organisation with the necessary expertise to liaise with key stakeholders, review the existing organisational structure, develop a new organisational structure, develop position descriptions, assess the impact of the change on current staff and develop an implementation plan.
The Supplier will provide the following:
• Organisational Review
• Organisational Structure
• Implementation Plan
• Executive Summary suitable for internal briefing purposes
• JEMS’d Position Descriptions - cost of submissions to be paid by DJAG.
