Gardens Point Campus.
The space, subject of this ITT, has traded as Subway following relocation of the business to this location in early 2013. It was, prior to 2013, located in various locations on campus. The operator has indicated they intend to reapply
under this tender process.
The tenancy is approximately 85sqm, with a licensed external seating area of 45sqm (subject to final survey).
