Queensland University of Technology (QUT) now offers an Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeking an experienced Mexican-style food retailer to lease, fitout and operate Tenancy F3/4 located in the food court on Level 3, P Block, Gardens Point Campus.
The space, subject of this ITT, has traded as Guzman Y Gomez in this location since the food court opened in early 2013. The operator has indicated they intend to re-apply under this tender process.
The tenancy is approximately 61sqm (subject to final survey).
