Queensland University of Technology (QUT) now offers an Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeking an experienced sushi food retailer to lease, fitout and operate Tenancy F2 located on Level 3, P Block Food Court, Gardens Point Campus.
The space, subject of this ITT, has traded as SushiQ in this location since the food court opened in early 2013. The current operator has indicated they intend to re-apply under this tender process.
The tenancy is approximately 41sqm (subject to final survey).
