| The Gympie Regional Council is calling for quotations from suitably qualified and experienced contractors/suppliers to provide an updated audio visual solution in the Council Chambers main meeting room.
This solution is to include a very large screen viewable to all participants in the 10m x 10m room, wireless microphones, and audio visual teleconferencing software that allows the session to be broadcast both over the intranet to other Council locations and also externally via the internet to the public.
The solution is to be flexible regarding device inputs, which could include PCs, laptops, and tablets. Please find attached Request For Quotation, Specifications and Drawings.
Quotations must be submitted via the QTenders website https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/ by 2:00pm on Friday 20 July, 2018.
Late Quotations will not be considered.
