| Gympie Regional Council is calling for quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake preliminary stakeholder engagement for the planning of the Mary Valley Rail Trail (Stage 1: Imbil – Brooloo).
This is to be undertaken in consultation with the local communities, relevant internal and external stakeholders and Gympie Regional Council staff.
The purpose of the call for tenders is to identify consultancy services to undertake consultation for the preliminary planning stage of the Mary Valley Rail Trail. Consultation approaches should consider the following, and alternatives are welcomed where necessary:
• Community engagement strategies and methods of consultation;
• Community consultation sessions;
• Face-to-face discussions, on site meetings and other forms of correspondence where necessary;
• Other necessary methods of consultation and engagement as appropriate as the project progresses.

Quotations are to be submitted via QTenders www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/ no later than 2:00pm Thursday 17 May 2018.
Late quotations will not be accepted.
