| The Gympie Regional Council is seeking Proposals for an Information, Systems and Technology Vulnerability Test.
Council requires confidence it’s information and information systems are protected from the various threats that can impact on loss of information, or loss of access to information.
Council would like to partner with an organisation to conduct an audit of it’s vulnerability to various threats (including the unlikely event of a disaster).
In addition to a list of all vulnerabilities (findings), the outcome of this consultancy should also be a list of recommended actions, supported by an implementation plan and indicative costs.
Council also requires a confidence in it’s ability to recover in the unlikely event of a threat or disaster. Council requires a review, update, and test of it’s business continuity plan.

1. Can tenderers get a copy of this plan so we can understand the size of this BCP and effort required, to review, update and test this plan.
Council Response: Copy of BCP (Draft) is now attached for reference.
2. Do you require tenderers to visit all 30 remote sites? If so please provide a list with location. Or do you want the tenderer to visit a few types of sites? If so please provide the site classification and description as well as the number of sites to be visited and location of these sites.
Council Response: Site visits are not required. Council will have a generic plan for most of the remote sites.
3. Please clarify the Due date for Quotations is the 17th of October at 9.00am as table in 5.3.1.1 says quotations due in September.
Council Response: Council confirms that the due date for the Due date for Quotations is 2.00 pm on Tuesday, 17 October 2017. late Tenders will not be considered.
