Gympie Regional Council (GRC) is calling for tenders from suitably prequalified and experienced Local Buy suppliers to provide and implement a Contact Centre Performance Management Solution to replace the existing Telstra Web Contact Centre (WebCC) service which will be discontinued by Telstra Corporation Limited on 1 December 2017.
