Re: Acoustic Improvement Works to Level 1 & 3, Queensland Conservatorium (S01), South Bank campus
You are invited to submit a Tender to carry out all works associated with the Acoustic Improvement Works to Level 1 & 3, Queensland Conservatorium (S01), South Bank campus, Griffith University.
Tenders close at 1:00pm on Friday the 27 September 2019 via the QTenders link 2558160250BCONSCAP associated with this project in accordance with the Conditions of Tender. A Tender submitted late or by any other means than that nominated may not be accepted.
Any queries relating to the tender documents including drawings and specifications (if any) shall be submitted via the QTenders link 2558160250BCONSCAP associated with this project. The site visit will occur on Tuesday, 10 September 2019 from 6:45am to 9am with a maximum of three (3) team members per contractor. Contractors to meet at Security desk in foyer (S01). Access equipment to view above three (3) metre ceiling will need to be supplied by Contractor.

You are required to check that all Tender documents received match those listed on the accompanying Document Transmittal. Confirmation that you have received all the documents listed is to be provided to the Principal within three (3) business days of receipt by signing a copy of the Transmittal where provided and returning it to the Principal in accordance with the requirements of the General Conditions of Tendering.
The successful contractor will be appointed as the Principal Contractor and will negotiate access to the site with the Superintendent and campus representatives. Access is to be maintained to all areas of the campus during construction.
