Our Placement Support Team is looking at opportunities to partner with organisations to facilitate the efficient provision of aged care placement. GCHHS is seeking interest from organisations that have a deep understanding of the challenges in the aged care sector, and who have established professional relationships with Gold Coast based Residential Aged Care Facilities to offer assistance to source timely and appropriate placement of GCHHS patients into care.
