View Contract Details

OIR requires an independent assessment of chemicals stored at the Palmer Nickel and Cobalt Refinery:

1. The chemical composition of a sample of storage contents;
2. The equilibrium chemistry of the composition in water and any supporting data; and
3. All test work results which could or have been used to determine the release rate of toxic gas(s) from the storage vessel.

The testing should consider the current storage arrangements and any other relevant environmental conditions which could affect the release rate of a toxic gas.
