Following an Expression of Interest (EOI) process, CS Energy is now seeking Request for Proposals from shortlisted vendors to support a new managed service to support implementation of our Local Area Network (LAN) Cisco switches and an upgrade of its operational juniper firewall technologies. Our Technology standards and architecture prefer this is done with PaloAltos’ to improve the reliability of network communications and increase IT security across CS Energy.
This project will address 3 key items:
The replacement of the end of life cisco switching models with a modern state of the art switching technology to accommodate continued user growth, technology advancement, whilst at the same time providing clear and transparent monitoring services that mitigate evolving security threats.
The assessment of the current Operational Technology (OT) firewalls to provide recommendation and implementation of a newer next generation firewall that is capable of identifying newer attack vectors to protect our assets from cybersecurity threats
Establishment of a managed service that manages, monitors, supports and maintains the environment on behalf of CS Energy
