The provision of construction crews for Civil Works and NDRRA flood restoration projects within the Emerald and Rockhampton areas. This Standing Offer Arrangement is set up to ensure the supply of reliable plant with competent operators, support resources and vehicles covered by safety and regulatory systems of operation
