| Seqwater is seekings Proposals for a Mobile Water Treatment Sludge Dewatering Unit. It includes the design, supply, deliver and commissioning.
Design, supply, deliver and commission a mobile water treatment sludge dewatering unit that shall be capable of processing water treatment plant sludge up to 10 tonnes of dry solids per 24 hours.
It will draw sludge (thickened or otherwise) from existing site infrastructure, such as balance tanks, sludge thickeners, or lagoons. Polymer will be batched within the containerized unit and dosed into the centrifuge feed (there will also be an option for the connection of liquid polymer). The dewatered solids will be transported via conveyor from the container to a waiting skip for disposal (skip to be provided by the client). Centrate will be returned to the water treatment plant.
The unit will be powered either from site power supply or from a dedicated diesel powered generator (generator to be supplied by others). The system shall require minimal operator input to operate, and will provide call out alarming.
The unit will ideally be a standard offering from a reputable Contractor, however Seqwater will work with the Contractor to have any non-standard requirements incorporated into the design prior to manufacture of the unit.
