Building and Land Valuation Program
Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) invites submissions for provision of a MNHHS Comprehensive Valuation.
MNHHS is required under the Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) to conduct comprehensive Cost Replacement review of buildings and land assets for inclusion in the Department of Health Annual Report which is delivered to Parliament under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
The initial period is nine (9) months with an optional extension for a further three months. Valuations and final reports must be completed and supplied to MNHHS no later than 28 February 2020
