| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for 02876 - Integration Services.
Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater has a requirement for the provision of Integration Services.
The intention is to enter into a non-exclusive Preferred Supplier contract but with the goal of utilising the successful Supplier for all BizTalk, BizTalk360 and Azure Integration Services (AIS) work so long as performance, value-for-money and responsiveness is maintained.
The initial contract commitment (Stage 1) would be for the establishment of the Integration Services Environment and Foundational Services and Support, utilising Customer-Supplied BizTalk, BizTalk360 and AIS licences and support.
Subject to design and financial approvals, it is expected that up to 47 existing ETLs (Stage 2) will need to be implemented by early December 2018.
Additionally, further demand is expected for new integration services over a potential five-year contract term, though it is difficult to estimate the volume at this stage.
In summary, the integration services required from the Supplier are:

design and implement Biztalk and Biztalk 360 platforms for production and non-production environments;

implement the BizTalk platform and other tools and services required for the development and support of the BizTalk platform and the integration services;

develop and document a set of design and development standards for the production of integration services;

design and implement release and environment management standards, artefacts, processes and services to ensure good practice operational governance;

design and implement associated testing standards, artefacts, processes and services;

develop up to 47 initial known extract transform load (ETL) scripts as industry standard integration services;

develop, implement and support additional integration services as required; and
-
design a continuous integration and continuous delivery model with automated regression testing harness capability.
