The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Specialist Learning
Space at Caboolture State High School, located at Lee Street, Caboolture QLD 4510.
The refurbishment is located within the CCIC Shed and contains a reception area and foyer, 2 consulting rooms, 2 General
Learning Areas, a Flexible Learning Area, a Ward and an enclosed store. The position of the building is at the front of the school
with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by April 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 2,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
