The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the minor refurbishment of three amenities blocks at Bremer State High School, located at 133-153 Warwick Road, Ipswich QLD 4305 as part of the school direct program.
The works include the removal of the toilet partitions, repairs to the fibre cement ceilings, replacement of the toilet walls, reinstatement of the toilet partitions, new epoxy flooring and painting to three separate amenities blocks within the school campus. The position of the buildings are spread around the school with easy site access and ample working space during the holidays. All works are to be completed by the end of the Easter school holidays in April 2022
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
