Managed Print, Mail Lodgement and Electronic Archive Services
The Queensland Government is seeking Offers for Managed Print, Mail Lodgement and Electronic Archive Services.
These services specifically include:
Provide and maintain SFTP solution with a test environment and live environment.
Provide and maintain electronic archive / record keeping and retrieval solution.
Receive daily, batched and compressed, correspondence from QRO via SFTP.
Print and produce mail (including enveloping) in accordance with the batching and consolidation requirements.
Perform PDF electronic archiving of produced mail (recording versions issued as final only).
It does not include return to sender functionality and Digital delivery via SMS, Fax, Digital Mailbox or any other means not specified..
