- Separable Portion 1 - Design and refurbish existing spaces in Building 213 Alf O'Rourke Drive - Gladstone Marina Campus to facilitate research centre for CMERC.
- Separable Portion 2 - Design and refurbish existing spaces in Building 604 on the Gladstone Marina Campus to facilitate aged care teaching.
