RoadTek are required to undertake roundabout upgrade works at the intersection of Tavern Street and Thuringowa Drive, Kirwan. This includes, prime, seal and asphalt works.
The project includes:
Prime AMC00
Initial 10mm Seal Class 170.
Spreading and supply of cover aggregate, 10mm.
Profiling of the existing surface.
Preparation of the existing surface.
Tack coat.
Supply and place asphalt AC14H A15E – intermediate and surfacing layer.
Supply and place asphalt AC20H 600 – base layers.
Supply and place strain alleviating fabric strips.
Supply and addition of adhesion agent.
RoadTek require the works to be completed in the period of May-June 2022
