The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Ameneities Roof Replacement (including re-pitch) at the Capalaba State College, located at 150 Mt Cotton Road, Capalaba QLD 4157 as part of the Rectification and Reinstatement (RNR) program.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.

All visitors to school sites to comply with the vaccine mandate and Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections
