The Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) has gone to tender to seek a Principal Contractor to upgrade the Weipa Hospital HVAC system.  This work includes the supply and installation of three new chiller units with associated civil works. The expected commencement date for this work will be in the first quarter 2022, with a date to be advised.

The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to engage a Superintendent who will deliver Superintendent and Superintendent Representative services during the Construction program.  For further information on this role please consult the tender documentation.
