Nursery Road SSS - Block B and Block E Roof Replacement (With Design Responsibility)
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the replacement of existing roofs at Block B and E at Nursery Road State Special School, located at 49 Nursery Rd, Holland Park West QLD 4121, as part of the R&R programme.
It is critical for Block E works to be completed within the two week school holiday period, whereas Block B can be completed by the first week of May 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
