USC is seeking expert advice to develop a plan to address the challenges outlined above. The University anticipates that the following will be required:
A desktop review of relevant material - review and audit reports, strategy documents, proposed organizational changes, staffing data, capability assessment of staff, etc.
An on-site visit and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Further desktop development, supported by targeted workshops.
