Review of Stakeholder Engagement Systems (Forestry DAF)
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified provides to assist with the review, development and implementation of improved stakeholder management systems for the Forestry business group within the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
Conduct a review of DAF Forestry’s stakeholder management processes and existing communication and engagement systems.
Prepare a stakeholder management action plan that will support development of DAF Forestry’s stakeholder management systems that is appropriate to the nature of the activities and associated risks
Provide ongoing support to DAF Forestry's stakeholder management on an as-needs basis.
