The Department of Education is inviting tenders for B Block & Hospitality Refurbishment at Woodhill State School. The works include Design and Construction and generally comprise of:
Demolition of Internal areas
Construction of all new internal walls
New internal linings
New floor linings
Replacing windows
Supply & Installation of new external screens
Installation of all Electrical, data, and fire service requirements
Cert 3 kitchen
Prep and paint of all surfaces
All required certifications

Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
