Development of Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games Legacy Strategy and Plan

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for provision of professional services to facilitate the delivery of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games Legacy Strategy and Plan.

This project will be delivered in a phased approach that will include:

  • Facilitation of the refinement and delivery of the draft framework to develop the Brisbane 2032 Legacy Strategy and Plan
  • Strategic planning, facilitation and coordination of workshops with Queensland Government stakeholders, Brisbane 2032 Games Delivery Partners and broader stakeholders, and analysis and reporting of outcomes
  • Comprehensive stakeholder and public engagement plan to facilitate broad consultation on the legacy priorities for the Games, and analysis of outcomes
  • Development and finalisation of a Brisbane 2032 Legacy Strategy and Plan that has the support of all Games partners, and considers objectives, actions, milestones, resourcing, measurement and reporting, governance and communication.

  • Broader Brisbane 2032 governance arrangements
  • Broader Brisbane 2032 stakeholder engagement planning

Confidential Information

Supplier is advised that The ITO Part B – Contract Details include two (2) attachments which contain confidential information. The Industry Briefing Session scheduled for 4/7/2022 will also make reference to some confidential information.

Suppliers who would like to gain access to this confidential documentation and/or attend the Briefing Session must complete, sign and return the attached Deed of Confidentiality (see attached) procurement@dtis.qld.gov.au prior to requesting access to the documents and/or attend the briefing session.

Industry Briefing: Monday 4 July 1pm – 2pm (online)

Supplier must register to attend the Industry Briefing by emailing procurement@dtis.qld.gov.au no later than 3:00pm AEST on Friday 1 July 2022, listing the names, email and phone number of those Supplier representatives attending the Briefing.The meeting invition will be sent directy to the nominated representatives. 

Please include in your registration email a completed and signed Deed of Confidentiality in order for your registration to be accepted. Only the suppliers who have registered and returned the signed Confidentiality Deed will be invited to the meeting.
