The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the removal and replacement of two roofs at Russell Island State School, located at 38-64 High Street, Russell Island, QLD 4184 as part of the R&R program.
The position of the buildings are in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 7 October 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
