The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of existing Blocks B and F at Yeronga State School, located at 122 Park Road, Yeronga QLD 4104.
The build is to happen in two stages with Block F commencing during September school holidays and Block B commencing at completion of Block F. All works are to be completed by February 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
