Provide labor, materials, and equipment to service and maintain all the automatic doors on the Nguma-bada,Smithfield, and Bada-jali, Cairns City campuses. All automatic doors shall function on demand, within their design parameters, and be maintained to the manufacturer’s specifications. All work shall be carried out with reference to AS5007-2007 Powered Doors for Pedestrian Access and Egress and in a tradesman-like manner using Best Practices.
