The Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy is seeking a service provider/s to help continue the delivery of the Employee Support and Resilience Program to frontline Housing and Homelessness Services workplaces across Queensland.

The program objectives include:

• build staff capability in relation to professional and personal resilience and managing stress to assist them to be better equipped to manage their day-to-day work
• build staff capability in relation to debriefing techniques to assist them to successfully manage confronting situations, engage positively and in the workplace and maximise their overall health, safety and wellbeing, and
• support staff to thrive in an evolving service delivery environment.
