The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Administration Building at Holland Park State High School, located at Bapaume Road, Holland Park West QLD 4121 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The scope of works comprises the demolition of internal walls to create a new reception, student entry, offices, staff areas and amenities including all new flooring, joinery, electrical, hydraulics and painting. All works are to be completed by January 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with an appropriate QBCC Builders Licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
