| The Department of Health is seeking Proposals for a Project Manager for the St. George and Charleville Perioperative Theatres Services and Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) Upgrades.
A Project Manager is required from Schematic Design (SD) phase through to Post-Construction (PC).
The Project comprises of two (2) separate sites that have been identified that have non-compliance issues. The broad scope for this project is to understand the non-conformance issues, consult with stakeholders to inform a schematic design and P50 followed by a detailed design (inclusive of P90 estimate) and complete the necessary construction works (including a defect liability period
